Unsigned 2025 Event Pledges Pt. 1

In May, we hosted our inaugural Unsigned Senior Event, which drew a gym full of college coaches from around New England.

Following the event, numerous players pledged to play at the collegiate level, from Division I to Division III and JUCO. In total, 45 colleges were represented at the showcase, spanning the Northeast and even the Midwest.

Here’s a few names to keep an eye on as they move on to play in college.

Courage Agbekpornu: Lemoyne Owen College (TN)

After a successful senior campaign with The Bright School, Agbekpornu was still undecided on what his plans were next year. As the Spring progressed, he was running with the New England Storm, and his stock was only continuing to rise. At our event, he impressed with his size and athleticism around the rim. He is an elite shot blocker on the defensive end and can finish around the rim through contact well on drives. Next year, he will be in Tennessee representing New England at Lemoyne Owen College where his presence will certainly be known.

Kyle Benjamin: Millersville University

Benjamin was another standout who emerged as a top performer at the event after making quite a name for himself in high school. At 6'5”, Benjamin can shoot from almost anywhere on the floor at a high rate while also using his size to score over defenders in the post. To cap off his senior year, he had a 50-point performance against the eventual NEPSAC AA champions and a strong showing in the HGSL. Next year, Benjamin has decided to travel down to Pennsylvania to play D2 for Millersville University and continue to make a name for himself.

Luke Soden: Regis University

This New Hampshire native has had an excellent high school career that will end in a commitment to Regis University in the Fall. Last Winter, Soden was part of a loaded Philips Exeter team during his postgraduate year after leading Bedford basketball for 4 years. On the AAU side, Soden has been with the Middlesex Magic and has seen a ton of success in different roles with them. He is a big guard at 6’4 that gets downhill aggressively and can finish through contact at the rim. On the defensive end, he often matches up with the other team's best guard and consistently finds turnover opportunities.

Aidan Losiewicz: University of New Haven

After a NEPSAC Class AAA championship this past winter, Losiewicz has decided to join the up-and-coming New Haven Chargers this Fall. Being a part of the school's first year as a Division 1 institution will allow him to shine from the beginning. He has been an elite sharpshooter for Newman since their basketball program’s historic beginning just three years ago, and their first NEPSAC championship this year. Losiewicz has also played well for Team White Mamba throughout the past Spring and Fall seasons. His grit and determination will help propel him at the next level as he looks to find success during his freshman year.

Davis Mann: Saint Joseph’s College of Maine

After a standout performance at Emmanuel College during our unsigned senior event, Mann committed to Saint Joseph's College of Maine. During his high school career, Mann was one of the best players in Maine Public School basketball. After 4 successful years at his hometown school, Mann capped off his journey with a 43-point performance in the State Championship game. He is elite at getting downhill and finishing with enthusiasm at the rim. During his time with XLP for AAU, he threw down many high-flying slams and showed off his catch-and-shoot ability.

Nathan Comerford: Muhlenberg College

Following an all-around strong performance during our event, the Irish native recently decided to take his talent to Pennsylvania and Muhlenberg College. After a good winter season at CATS Academy, he was able to find some opportunities to play at the next level. He is a very competent offensive threat, being able to knock down difficult shots as well as get downhill and finish well around the rim. On the defensive end, he plays with energy and determination, which are good quality traits for a scrappy defender. At the next level his competitive drive and experience will propel him to find light early in his career.
