UMass Hosting Visitors
Fresh off their 25 win season and run to the semifinals of the NIT tournament, UMass head coach Derek Kellogg is seeing his program's recruiting collateral grow in correlation to his program's success on the court.
Hopes are high in Amherst as the Minutemen return the majority of their line-up and continue to attract new talent from around the northeast region, including South Kent big man Isaac Freeman and New Jersey native Derrick Gordon, who is transferring in following a big freshman season at Western Kentucky.
Wednesday is going to be a particularly busy day in Amherst as the near 100 degree heat will be matched only by the amount of prospects on campus.
It will begin in the morning when New England Playaz and St. Mark's rising sophomore Aaron Falzon comes for an unofficial visit.
Later in the afternoon the Rivals Basketball Club will bring a handful of their top prospects including Noah Vonleh, who will be joined by Kaleb Joseph, Matt cimino, Jalen Adams, Josh Sharma, Mike Leblanc, Dimitri Floras and Chris Baldwin.
