2026 #E75 North College Showcase Recap pt. 1
We concluded our third stop in New Hampshire since 2024 this past Friday with over 45 prospects primarily from Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont filing in for some direct exposure. Many new names and more who had yet to see live came in and stood out. Here's part one of the recap of the event.
Jordan Torres
Holderness School, 6'4", 2028
The 6'4" guard makes jump shots look effortless at times with a clean release and the ability to score from multiple spots on the floor, including turnaround jumpers. He does a good job taking bumps on the way to the basket and still finishing plays through contact. Mixed in some finishes above the rim as well, showing off his athleticism to complement his smooth shooting. Torres announced his transfer and reclass into 2028 at Holderness shortly after the event.
Glodie Hamisi
Manchester Central, 6'6", 2027
Hamisi's blend of size and skill immediately catches your attention. At 6'6", he handles the ball well, sees the floor, and makes plays for others. He rebounded the ball effectively, blocked shots on the defensive end, and used his frame to bump defenders off their spots when attacking downhill. His footwork on the block is pretty polished as well, allowing him to score around the defense.
Andrew Fitzgerald
Pembroke Academy, 6'1", 2027
Fitzgerald came out firing in his first game and put together one of the more explosive offensive showings of the day. He was lighting it up from beyond the arc, showing the ability to make shots well beyond the three-point line. When defenders closed out hard, he was able to put the ball on the floor, using some wiggle in his handle to create driving lanes. Once he got downhill, he looked fluid attacking the basket and finishing plays
Francisco Rodriguez
Nashua South, 6'2", 2027
Rodriguez continues to look like a sleeper in New Hampshire's 2027 class. The 6'2" guard is a really fluid ballhandler that operates comfortably in pick-and-roll situations, making reads and keeping defenses guessing. He showed crafty touch finishing off the glass when getting into the paint and consistently moved the ball well in transition. A lot to like about his feel for the game and ability to create for the offense.
James Arthur
Hollis-Brookline, 6'3", 2027
Arthur's physical build immediately stands out, and he uses it well when attacking inside. He powered his way to finishes around the basket and wasn't shy about embracing contact when getting to the rack. What really caught our attention however was his shooting ability, as he knocked down a ton of three-pointers throughout the day. Once he gets going, he can really let it fly from outside.
Edward Little, 6'4", 2026
Still weighing his options for the next step in his journey, Auburn Maine's Akol Maiwen continues to show progression in his game. The 6'4" guard has definitely been in the weight room showing a stronger ability to absorb contact on drives and finish through it in the lane. He's really skilled at handling the ball at his size with some impressive shot creation as well. Available in 2026 and exploring his postgrad options.
Michael Rodriguez-Guerrero
St. Johnsbury Academy, 6'1", 2027
One of the top prospects in the VPA, Rodriguez-Guerrero brings toughness on both ends of the floor. He crowded opposing ballhandlers, got into passing lanes, and consistently came up with deflections when guarding the ball. Offensively, he showed the ability to finish with both athleticism and touch around the basket. Plays with a high motor and is a name to check out if you haven't heard of him already.
Colin Janvrin
Windham (ME), 6'6", 2027
Janvrin is a long, fluid wing who continues to establish himself as one of the more intriguing prospects in Maine's 2027 class. He knocked down stepback threes, made shots from the corners, and showed confidence as a perimeter scorer. At 6'6", he moves very well and is capable of putting the ball on the floor to attack the basket. His combination of length and shotmaking will certainly lead to some looks from around the region.
James Witham
Mount Desert Island, 6'0", 2027
Witham showed a strong scoring package off the dribble throughout his outing. He got to his spots, converted some crafty step-through finishes, and consistently found ways to create offense for himself. Defensively, he competed hard and wasn't afraid to make extra efforts, such as chasing down loose balls to extend possessions for his team.
Elian Rodriguez
Salem HS, 6'1", 2027
Fresh off starring in a major role in Salem's MIAA state title run, Rodriguez continued to show why he's become one of the top guards in the MIAA. He's a fluid attacker who doesn't need a lot of dribbles to get where he wants on the floor. He showed a strong crossover, made some nice playmaking reads, and consistently finished off two feet in the paint. Plays with great pace and control.
Geo Brito
Chelsea HS, 6'0", 2027
Brito quietly built a nice reputation for himself during the winter and backed it up here. He's a smooth shooter who can rise into shots off the bounce and score comfortably from the perimeter. When defenders closed out, he attacked the lane and converted with floaters or finished off the glass. He isn't afraid of physicality as he can take some bumps and plays well through traffic.
Ben Cormier
Proctor Academy, 6'7", 2027
Cormier's blend of size and shooting ability makes him an intriguing prospect as he enters his postgrad year. At 6'7", he's a legitimate threat to step into catch-and-shoot threes from around the arc and make defenses pay for leaving him open. Defensively, he used his length well to alter shots and make things difficult around the basket. His combination of floor spacing and size definitely makes him an appealing name.
Moses White
Manchester Memorial, 6'1", 2027
White showed a nice touch from beyond the arc and consistently found ways to get paint touches throughout the day. Once he got into the lane, he finished through traffic and showed off his smooth euro step on drives. He mixed it up a bit offensively as he hit shots but was able to attack defenders and get inside to score.
Brennan Mitchell
Mt. Abram, 6'4", 2027
Mitchell brings a strong, physical presence to the forward spot out of Central Maine. He got downhill off the bounce and finished plays through contact around the basket. On the glass, he did a good job securing rebounds and immediately looking to start transition himself. Defensively, he was able to rack up some blocks and make his presence felt around the rim.
Ryan ORourke
Bedford HS, 6'7", 2028
There's a strong argument to be made that O'Rourke is one of the top prospects in the NHIAA regardless of class. The 6'7" sophomore impacted the game in a variety of ways, protecting the rim, running the floor, and finishing above the defense for dunks. He plays hard defensively and racked up a bunch of stocks. O'Rourke also showed the ability to step out and make shots with his clean release.
Aidan Knight
South Kent, 6'2", 2027
Knight really lit it up from the perimeter, knocking down a ton of shots throughout his outing while staying within the flow of his team and not forcing bad shots. When defenders ran him off the line, he mixed in some crafty moves off the bounce to get into the paint and score it off the glass. Has been a name we've been watching for a few years now out of Nashua.
Anden Gonzalez
Windham (CT), 5'10", 2027
Gonzalez showed a balanced offensive game throughout his outing as he impacted different areas of the game. He knocked down shots from three-point range, handled the ball well, and used his dribble to create space when defenders pressured him. Once he got downhill, he did a nice job making passes on the move and creating opportunities for his teammates.
Keith Chandler Jr.
Lynn Tech, 5'10", 2027
Chandler played very well in this setting, taking command of the offense as a lead guard. He kept things organized, made the right reads, and consistently got his team good looks for shots at different levels. Defensively, his quick hands stood out as he got into passing lanes and forced turnovers.
Keeton Hull
Williamstown, 6'0", 2027
Hull showed off a polished offensive skill set with the ball in his hands. He has a clean stroke on his jumper and was able to create space for stepback shots throughout his two game sets. The guard also flashed his quickness, solid ball-handling ability, and some passing chops when windows opened up.
Julien Brogna
Berwick, 6'0", 2027
Brogna's defensive presence was hard to miss as he consistently found ways to get involved on that end of the floor. He played with a scrappy mentality, competed through contact, and made things difficult for opposing players. Offensively, he attacked the basket and finished through contesting defenders.
Gavin Treanor
Mount St. Joseph, 6'1", 2027
Treanor did a good job attacking aggressive closeouts and turning them into scoring opportunities. He consistently got to the rim and finished off the glass with touch and control. He also stepped out and knocked down a three off a pick-and-pop action while mixing in some mid-range jumpers.
