Frontcourt Recap part two is live below! A ton of size was in the building on Tuesday night…
Sonny Dellasanta
Milton Academy, 6'11", 2028
One of the youngest participants in attendance, Dellasanta continues to be an intriguing 2028 prospect. Standing at a true 6'11", he moves exceptionally well for his size and has fluid mechanics both around the basket and facing up. He flashed some guard skills with the ball in his hands, and has known versatility in his game.
George Demeter
Brimmer & May, 6'7", 2027
After a significant growth spurt over the last couple of years, Demeter continues to grow into his frame and improve. He plays with high energy whenever he's on the court, attacking the paint to score and looking to make his presence felt on the glass. Still true to his grade and on an upward trend with his skill set.
Andrew Adegbite
MacDuffie School, 6'5", 2027
Returning for a postgraduate year, Adegbite continues to impress with the athleticism he brings to both ends of the floor. He scored with authority at the rim throughout the day, attacking off the bounce and finishing above defenders when given space. On the other end, he was a major factor on the glass while using his bounce and timing to block and alter shots. The confidence and physicality he plays with continue to stand out.
James Percival
Southington HS, 6'6", 2027
One of the more intriguing high-academic prospects in attendance, Percival looks to be just scratching the surface of what he can become. The 6'6" forward showed inside-out scoring ability, knocking down shots while also attacking and finishing around the basket. Versatile with impressive athleticism to not only finish above the rim, but can do so with real power.
John Klopfer
Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake, 6'6", 2027
Klopfer continues to separate himself with the versatility he brings at 6'6". He's become increasingly comfortable handling the ball and attacking in transition, whether it's getting all the way to the rim or pulling up from beyond the arc. His catch-and-shoot ability remains one of the best parts of his game, as his quick, high release makes him a difficult cover on the wing.
George Wright
Berne-Knox-Westerlo, 6'6", 2027
Wright's offensive skill set stands out with the different ways he can score. He has soft touch around the basket to finish in the paint, while also stretching defenses with a fluid release from the perimeter. The 6'6" forward flashed some passing ability as well, making reads and finding teammates within the flow of the offense.
Noah Jones
Xavier HS, 6'5", 2027
The CIAC standout continues to prove he's one of the more versatile wings in the class. At 6'5", Jones can score the ball at multiple levels, whether attacking the basket or stepping into jumpers. He rebounds well for his position and impacts the game in a variety of ways on both ends. A true Swiss-Army knife that can fill multiple roles on the floor.
Jacob Bowden
CBA (Albany), 6'7", 2027
Bowden continues to be an intriguing high-academic prospect as he has a 4.0 GPA. At 6'7", he moves exceptionally well and shows the ability to step out and make shots from beyond the arc. He also finished effectively in the paint and around the basket.
Andrew Huff
Proctor Academy, 6'5", 2027
Huff does a good job of using his body plus smooth footwork to get around defenders in the post and score the ball with touch. He's a notable threat to get inside off the bounce with his strength and quickness, while also being a consistent threat on the glass and collecting boards.
Lukas Narbutaitis
Southington HS, 6'6", 2027
Narbutaitis brings a blend of size and aggression to the wing. He has a quick rip-through move off the bounce to attack downhill once he sees an opening. Standing at 6'6", he can put pressure on defenders with his ability to get to the basket and finish through contact.
Michael Massey Jr
Maloney HS, 6'3", 2027
While a bit undersized for the forward spot, Massey makes up for it with the strength, toughness, and physicality he brings to the floor. He consistently used his frame to carve out space inside and bully defenders around the basket. Embraces contact and competes hard on the defensive end as well.
Mason Lombardo
Southington HS, 6'6", 2027
Lombardo made his biggest impact on the defensive end, where he was productive guarding across the frontcourt. He defended well in space, competed on the glass, and consistently made things difficult for opposing forwards when he was in the game.
Ben Symecko
Cromwell HS, 6'4", 2027
Symecko brings a physical presence to the floor and plays above his size. He showed some ability to stretch the floor from the perimeter while also battling inside against bigger players. His strength allows him to hold his own around the basket and make an impact on the glass.
