2025 Central #E75 College Showcase Recap pt. 1

Last week, we took over the gym at Clark University for two nights of basketball.
On Wednesday night, about 120 student-athletes made their way into the gym, for an evening to showcase their talents in front of 85+ coaches.
To begin our recap, we will start with 20 prospects from the group, and continue to recap more moving forward.
Riley Clarke, Brooks - The reigning Class B champion has generated some buzz this spring/summer as a tough 6'7" forward who can get to the basket even against bigger defenders. His rebounding chops stand out, and he makes great secondary passing reads when the defense collapses. The blend of physicality and size he brings to the court, along with competitive defense, makes him a notable prospect in the Massachusetts Class of 2026.
Aboubakar Nimaka, Malden Catholic - The guard's speed allows him to up the tempo and create advantages in transition while making smart drive-and-kick decisions. His ability to get above the rim, combined with his ability to make timely cuts, led to pressure on the defense in his game sets. Nimaka had moments of dominance in front of our staff and will be one of the top MIAA prospects to watch in the upcoming winter.
Abe Camara, Malden Catholic - Camara's drive-and-kick ability and pinpoint passing consistently created scoring opportunities for his teammates in his Elite 75 outing. He brings an unselfish approach and good court vision, which helped elevate his squad as a whole in this setting. The big 6'6" wing's positional size and defensive skills give him the tools to impact winning on both ends of the floor as he looks to land another state title.
Jonny Sullivan, Tewksbury - The rising senior runs the show as a lead guard, doing a good job of reading the floor to set up teammates for open looks. He can get downhill and score when needed, but keeps his eyes up, looking to make the right play. His feel and ability to control the pace of the game make him a solid floor general in the MIAA.
Anthony DeJohn, Worcester - DeJohn's explosive drives to the basket consistently drew fouls throughout games, showing his ability to attack and finish through contact. His high motor on both ends stood out, while his gritty defensive chops caught our eye. The guard's solid ball handling and great footwork as a paint scorer also stand out.
Malcolm Maboula, Portsmouth Abbey - The 6'7" forward has a knack for knocking down difficult shots in the post and showed off his versatility to switch across the floor defensively. Maboula's ability to rack up offensive rebounds led to his team having extra possessions in their game sets.
Stephen Mulinio, LaSalle (NY) - The 6'7" forward does the little things well, boxing out consistently and showing solid rim protection with his ability to alter shots. Mulinio can finish around the basket and has rim-running upside that could translate well at higher levels.
Dylan Keane, Fort Plain - The 6'7" forward brings a big presence that allows him to dominate the glass and score effectively in the paint. Keane uses his frame well in post situations, leveraging his physicality to create scoring opportunities around the basket.
Jordan McFadden, Worcester - The combo guard brings a smooth shooting stroke and the ability to create his shot off the bounce with shifty handles. McFadden does a nice job of using screens to generate quality looks and has proven he can finish against bigger defenders in traffic. His nose for offensive rebounds in the backcourt stood out as well. A lot of looks have been coming his way as of late.
Trokon Harris, Brooks - The guard's explosive first step allows him to consistently get downhill and create advantages for his team. Harris shows excellent vision when driving, regularly finding open teammates on the perimeter after drawing help defense into the paint. His burst off the dribble allows him to finish in the lane himself when the lanes open up as well.
DJ Dixon, St. Andrew's- Dixon is a 6'5" wing who stands out with his size on the perimeter and his impressive shooting range. He has a smooth shooting style and natural athleticism that make him a constant danger from beyond the arc.
Dezmond Flumo, Acton Boxboro - Flumo has a solid shot and wasn't afraid to pull up from outside when he got good looks to do so in his showing. His ball-handling allows him to create opportunities for both himself and others, and he showed off some shot-blocking skill as well.
Allen Miranda, Duggan Academy - The rising senior guard made a name for himself this winter, surpassing the 1,000 point mark. Miranda’s shifty handle and ability to generate separation allow him to get quality looks at shots around the floor. His ability to crash the boards from the backcourt is another notable aspect of his game, and he looks to make noise in the Springfield area once again this year.
Gabe McIntyre, Mansfield - McIntyre has a solid three-point shot and moves well off the ball to find open looks. His ability to get open without the ball to knock down shots from deep has made him a notable senior in the Hockomock League.
Efrain Brown, Platt - Brown brings solid athleticism and rebounding ability to the wing position as a rising senior in the CIAC 2026 class. His strength allows him to get downhill and finish through contact in the lane as well.
Jared Anderson, Pope Francis - The guard shows range from beyond the arc and isn't afraid to let it fly from three-point territory. Anderson also has a solid floater game when getting down the lane to the basket.
Aden Cabrera, Holyoke - The guard's quickness allowed him to create havoc in the backcourt and generate multiple transition steals. His ability to turn defense into offense in an instant changed the pace in his game sets.
