Brewster Academy & Expressions Elite forward Taylor Bowen announced his commitment to Florida State yesterday.  Bowen began his career at St. George’s School. He was a contributor as a freshman for a Dragons team that went 23-4 and made it to the NEPSAC Class B semifinals.  After the COVID-19 Pandemic took away the majority of his sophomore year, Bowen decided to transfer to Brewster Academy starting in the fall of 2021. The NEPSAC Showcase, which will host roughly 575 players from over 60 schools competing in front of a large number of expected college coaches, will tip on Friday at noon at Milton Academy.  While fans are not permitted to attend, NERR scout Jared Exler will be providing coverage all weekend long. Malden Catholic & Team Spartans point guard Tony Felder committed to VMI earlier this month.  Felder had a decorated high school career at Malden Catholic. He led the Lancers to the 2022 MIAA D1 State Championship, averaging 23 points, 9.4 assists, and 3.2 steals.
