Watertown to Wentworth
Watertown (MA) High School guard Cesar Fulcar has been admitted, and subsequently committed to, Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Fulcar averaged over 12 points per game, playing a huge role in his team's deep run to the Division 3 State Semi-Finals held at the TD Garden.
The six-foot-one point guard ran the show for the Raiders this season, earning Middlesex League All-Star nods in the process and also being recognized by the Daily Times Chronicle as one of the most improved players in the league.
Fulcar had a dynamic fall season as well, standing out with the Mass Elite AAU program and also earning all tournament honors at the BST Nortehast Exposure Showcase.
"Cesar is a great player, although more importantly he is a first rate kid" said Mass Elite Director/Head Coach Eric Polli. "Cesar has always done the right thing on and off the court, he is mature beyond his years and will do whatever it takes to do whats best for him and his family.Although he is only 17 years old, he is someone that I admire very much for his strong work ethic on and off the court."
