Vermont Lands Early 2011 Pledge
Four McGlynn, a six-foot-one combo guard from York, Pennsylvania, committed to Vermont earlier this week. McGlynn made an early pledge to the Catamounts despite generating a wide range of recruiting interest from Ivy and Patriot League schools all the way up to the CAA.
McGlynn stars at Dallastown High School where he led the league in scoring as a junior with 22.9 points per game and is on pace to become his school's all time leading scorer during his senior season.
Described as a versatile guard who can play either of the backcourt positions, McGlynn is also known for his knock-down shooting ability from behind the three-point arc.
