Vermont Class of 2025 Final Update

A good amount of the Vermont ranking still remains on the board as the class of 2025 largely still looks for a home in the new era of the transfer portal.

The top four of the ranking remains unchanged since it’s last go around, as the order of Daye Kaba, Zack Scherler, Elijah Small and Jakye Rainey is pretty hard to alter. All four prospects were huge contributors to the program’s run to the final four of the National Prep Championship, with Rainey going ballistic from three-point range.

The fifth spot belongs to Justin Munger, who recently announced his commitment to Cedarville University in Ohio. It was no surprise that Munger ended up at the scholarship level, rather more of a surprise of where it happened. Regardless, the Ohio based school got a great player in Munger who brings a ton of skill to the court standing at 6’7”.

Following Munger are Luke Brown, Nolan Raymond and Abdi Sharif. Brown, a 6’10” forward with frontcourt versatility, uses his obvious size to impact the game. Raymond’s high motor, defensive guard play stands out, and Sharif’s athleticism and footwork on defense has led to a lot of VPA wins.
