UNH Lands Face-Up Four-Man
Logan Mortenson, a six-foot-seven skilled face-up four-man from St. John's Northwest Military Academy, made a verbal commitment to the University of New Hampshire on Wednesday night and is expected to sign a National Letter of Intent on Thursday.
St. John's has made two trips to New England this year, traveling to both the National Prep Showcase and the National Prep School Invitational. Mortenson has stood out in both of those events, showing his combination of size and skill while stretching opposing defenses to the three-point line.
He becomes the third player to commit to UNH in the class of 2012 joining six-foot-three scoring guard Chris Orozco from Tenafly High School in New Jersey and six-foot-seven forward Frank Okeke from Desote High School in Texas.
