Under the Radar 2024 Prospects to Watch at the Second NEPSAC Showcase

The second of the two NEPSAC showcases is tomorrow at Avon Old Farms. In this article we will talk about some guys who are looking to continue building their stock in this weekends event.

Bangaly Berete (Vermont)- Berete is a lengthy wing that shot the lights out at the last NEPSAC showcase at Babson. He is excellent at getting to his spots and knocking down off the catch. Can get downhill quick and finish around the rim. Plays his AAU for Riverside Hawks - Colon.

Jack Williams (St. Sebastian's) - Williams is an imposing 6' 8" big that makes his presence felt in the post. He has a bag of moves down low to create good shot opportunities and keep the offense moving. Rips down boards and holds down the paint on defense.

Korbin Dixon (Wilbraham & Monson) - Dixon is a big combo guard with a quick burst to the basket. Crafty finisher that see's traffic and finds ways to navigate his way through. Can score from all three levels. Plays his AAU for Project Excellence in the 3SGB.

Luke Michalski (St. Andrew's) - Michalski is a big forward that is a defensive problem for opposing teams. He is excellent in the post sending shots flying back left and right. Showed floor-stretching capabilities knocking down some standstill treys.

Mason Gorham (Hamden Hall) - Gorham is a good sized wing that scores at will. Thrives in the mid range especially in the high post and closer to the corners. Crashes the glass and pulls in rebounds as well. Plays his AAU for Project Triple Threat in the HGSL.

Rashad McCormick (Phillips Andover) - McCormick bursted onto the scene at the last showcase catching many scouts attention. The 6' 7" wing has a fluid form and touch from mid range. High flier that throws down dunks with authority. Picked up offers from Maine and Vermont in the past few days.

Rayan Sablon (Macduffie) - Sablon is a high energy guard that does what ever it takes to win. He moves with lightning speed to create for his teammates and get them good looks. Scores from all over and despite his size is a great rebounder. Plays his AAU for Prodigy on the ZGXL circuit.

Trevor White (Tabor) - White is a high flying wing that welcomes contact at the basket. He has a stronger frame to finish through traffic, but he is also a problem from three-point distance as he can hit them with consistency. Plays his AAU for the Middlesex Magic in the HGSL.
