The Elite 75 List Drop Kicks Off Today!
The annual Elite 75 Frosh/Soph list is here, with the first five names being revealed today. The complete 75 will be announced over the next two weeks, but there is no order for it. Meaning that we are just revealing five names per day, and it is not in a “ranked” order.
Let’s begin with today’s five.
Theo Edema, Cushing: Edema undoubtedly has seen his name blow up recently as he’s picked up three high major offers since the event, and put on a show. His interior strength and skill set as well as his added outside shooting touch will be a must watch moving forward.
Kamari Whyte, Vermont: The New York native has tons of upside in the class of 2027 as he joins Vermont Academy this year. He’s got a strong body and crafty guard skills to go along with it and projects to be one of note.
Ryan McLaughlin, Milton: It’s hard to say we saw a better shooter than McLaughlin over the two day span of the events. He put on a clinic at the Frosh/Soph, and combined with his high feel at the guard spot, he’s an underclassman that you should know by the end of the winter.
Omar Torres, East Catholic: The East Hartford native caught our eye throughout the day at the Elite 75, and has lots of upside heading into his freshman year. Keep an eye out for the smooth point guard as he enters the high school ranks.
TJ Allen, St. Sebastian’s: Allen has probably the most high-level experience out of everyone who attended Frosh/Soph given that he’s been on varsity since middle school, and played up in the 3SSB. Entering a big sophomore year as the focal point on his team, be sure to check him out.
Stay tuned for the next drop of the Elite 75 list tomorrow!
