Personal Statement
"I'm a hard-working, high IQ shooting-guard that competes every play at both ends of the floor. On defense I take pride in shutting down the opposing teams greatest scoring threat. My athleticism, 6'10 wingspan, and defensive instincts provide me with the versatility to guard 1-4 and be a true game changer on that end. On offense I have the ability to create my own shot and score at all three levels. I excel when shooting off the catch or dribble, elevating into mid-range pull-ups, and using my athleticism to get all the way to the rim.
As a late-bloomer with a high ceiling, I'm yet to reach my full potential. Every few months my game reaches a new level and I add something significant with my skill-set, body, and mentality. Just since quarantine I've been able to add on 10lbs of muscle and further improve my athletic abilities. As a high-academic student and hard-worker on and off the court, I'm looking for scholarship opportunities in a competitive basketball program and rigorous academic environment to continue my student-athlete career."
Scout's Take
At Marianapolis, he was a prospect that stood out with good perimeter size, the length to be disruptive defensively, and an ability to make open shots from behind the three-point line. Things seem to have clicked for him physically within recent months now as he looks way more defined and explosive on film then we have seen to date. Combine that with his size, length, defensive potential, and ability to make shots, and you have a now very intriguing prospect that seems to be blossoming at just the right time.
