Quinnipiac Adds Another to Frontline
Quinnipiac's busy spring continued this week with a commitment from six-foot-five forward Alex Jackson.
Jackson is a Maryland native who comes to Quinnipiac from Frederick Community College where he averaged over 19 points and 8 rebounds per game as a freshman, earning 1st Team All League and Division I Juco All-American honorable mention. He missed the 2010-2011 season with injury but consequently has three years of eligibility remaining upon his arrival.
Jackson began his career at Randallstown High School in Maryland and did a post-graduate year at Queen City Prep in North Carolina.
