Prep Circuit Releases Post-Grad Power 10
Prep Circuit announced their first Power 10 late last week, ranking the top ten post-graduate programs in the country.
Brewster Academy, the defending National Prep and NEPSAC AAA champions, were selected as the number one team in the country followed by IMG Academy in the second spot.
Northfield Mount Hermon, last year's runner-up in both the AAA and national tournament, was selected third overall as the second New England school on the list. Hargrave Military Academy and Massanuten Military Academy, a pair of prestigious military schools in the state of Virginia round out the top five. CBD Montverde, the post-graduate arm of Montverde Academy in Florida, was ranked 6th overall in the country.
Woodstock Academy was picked as the 7th team in the country to start the season while two other local Connecticut schools, Putnam Science Academy and St. Thomas More, rounded out the top 10 after Sunrise Christian Academy from Kansas came in at number 8.
All ten programs are scheduled to be in action at next weekend's National Prep Showcase.
