Penn Lands Hamilton; Offers Allen
University of Pennsylvania head coach Jerome Allen was at Babson College on Sunday to watch Northfield Mount Hermon take on Cheshire Academy at the Scholar Roundball Classic.
Penn already held commitments from the NMH tandem of Jackson Donahue and Collin McManus and was also interested in Cheshire Academy post-grad Tyler Hamilton.
Hamilton finished with 11 points, but was the most athletic guard on the floor and clearly full of upside. That was enough for Allen to offer him a scholarship on Monday morning, which Hamilton in turn accepted later Monday night, announcing his decision via twitter.

With Hamilton becoming the sixth player to commit to the Quakers in the class of 2015, Allen immediately turned his attention to the 2016 class on Monday night by extending an offer to Ray Jerome.
Jerome scored 22 points on Sunday, showing a much improved three-point stroke to match his well-known athleticism, and is bound to earn more offers before his junior season comes to an end.
