New Englanders Prepare for Jordan Game

The McDonald’s All-American game may very well be the most prestigious high school all-star game in the country, but there is no denying that the Jordan Brand Game is the most selective.

While the McDonald’s game only featured six of the top ten players in the country, the Jordan Brand game counters with nine.  In total, 22 players were selected for this weekend’s game, which takes Saturday in Charlotte, North Carolina.

New England is well represented among that group with Nerlens Noel, Ricardo Ledo, Kris Dunn, Kaleb Tarczewski, and Steven Adams all set to be in action.

Noel, Ledo, Dunn, and Tarczewski will star for an east team which also includes Kyle Anderson, Jerami Grant, Gary Harris, Brice Johnson, Tony Parker, Rodney Purvis, and J.P. Tokoto while Adams will star for the west team along with Brandon Ashley, Isaiah Austin, Anthony Bennett, Archie Goodwin, Danuel House, Grant Jerrett, Shabazz Muhammad, Marcus Paige, Alex Polythress, and Rasheed Sulaimon.

The game will be televised live from Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte at 7pm on ESPN.
