New England Recruiting Report | Saturday, August 29th, 2015

ESPN wrapped up the release of their updated rankings in all three classes with their ESPN 60 (2017) and ESPN 25 (2018).

New England was well represented in the rising junior class with four local products cracking the 60.

First up was Putnam Science Academy and New York Jayhawks guard Hamidou Diallo who made a big impression this summer, rising all the way up to 10th in the country.

Next up was Cushing Academy and Mass Rivals point guard Makai Ashton-Langford, who out-dueled four nationally ranked point guards in front of virtually the entire ESPN staff in Las Vegas, who now lands in the 35th spot.

South Kent and New England Playaz point guard Tremont Waters was just one spot below, who had a big summer of his own, was next at 36th overall in the rising junior class.

Rivers swingman Jermaine Samuels, who plays for Expressions Elite but missed the summer with injury, maintained his spot in the ESPN 60 and checked in at 40th overall in the country.
