New England 2024 Rankings Released
We will be releasing our updated New England 2024 rankings next. They consist of only players who are returning to the region. Once we have evaluated all the incoming prep prospects, we will have a new release.
Kur Teng from Bradford Christian Academy earned the number one spot. The shooting guard was impressive during the past high school & AAU seasons. He was on the ALL-NEPSAC AA team and averaged 14.3 points during Adidas 3SSB 17U competition. Tyler Betsey who attends St. Thomas More comes in at two. The small forward garnered a number of high major offers after he lit up the nets from long-range in Nike EYBL play.
One of the higher upside prospects on the list comes in at five with Bryce Dortch. He is a power forward from Brimmer & May with an intriguing blend of size, mobility, and ball skills in transition. Jeremiah Jenkins who attends Brewster Academy earned the sixth spot. He has shown to be one of New England’s better playmakers in NEPSAC AAA and on the Nike EYBL circuit with Expressions Elite.
Austin Hunt from Milton Academy is at 11 and Luka Toews who attends Newman School is at 13. Hunt is an explosive multidimensional scoring wing with untapped playmaking ability. Toews is a true floor general with impressive understanding of how to run a team. Both of these prospects were key cogs on their respective Middlesex Magic teams that had great success on the UA Next circuit.
Another pair of AAU teammates on the list are Kingston Walker & London Jemison at 19 and 20. They play for Expressions Elite. Walker from Loomis Chaffee is a wing with positional size, crafty handles, and soft mid-range pull-up touch. Jemison attends Northwest Catholic. The forward has a sturdy frame, can initiate fast breaks, and shows glimpses of making open standstill treys.
CJ Happy earned the 31st spot. The Milton Academy big man is a reliable post scorer who gets after it on the defensive glass. Joshua Ojuri coming in at 34 is a Rhode Island product who attends LaSalle Academy. He is a wing with athletic pop in his legs, handles to create separation, and quickness as an on-ball defender.
