NEPSAC AA Quarterfinals Recap

Game #1 - After trailing by 17 points at halftime, Jesse Bopp's club roared back in the second half to make it a ball-game, but in the end, Tilton came away  with a 59-54 Quarterfinal victory at home over Vermont Academy on Wednesday.  Georges Niang led the charge for the Rams with 27 points while Nerlens Noel doubled up with 10 points + 11 boards and Caleb Unni came off the bench to register a clutch 11.  The defending NEPSAC AA Champs will face Wilbraham & Monson in the Semis today.

Game #2 - St Marks earned a 72-62 Quarterfinal win over Kimball Union on Wednesday behind 25 points from Nikolas Stauskas and 23 from Kaleb Tarczewski.  The Lions move on to today's Semifinals, where they'll face an upset-minded St Andrews ball-club.

Game #3 - Wilbraham & Monson exacted some revenge yesterday, earning a Quarterfinal win over a Worcester Academy ball-club which had beat them a few weeks back.  The Titans, who were led by 20 points from floor-general Jaylen Brantley, advance on to face Tilton later today in the Semis.

Game #4 - Back in November, St Andrews stumbled out of the gate by dropping their regular season opener to Cushing Academy by a score of 58-43.  Well, in their post-season opener on Wednesday, the Saints turned the tables on the Penguins, registering a 50-46 Quarterfinal win to advance on to play St Marks tonight in a Semifinal Battle of the Saints.
