NEPSAC 2024 Prospects Raising Their Stock

We are coming up to the NEPSAC playoffs, these eight 2024 prospects have all done a number of impressive individual things while most importantly contributing to winning.

Umari Seney 6’2 Guard (Bradford Christian): Seney fills an important role on a very good Bradford team. The southpaw is a willing ball mover, can hit an open standstill trey, and gets after it on the defensive end. Seney plays on the Adidas 3SSB circuit for Mass Rivals.

Nick Petronio 6’3 Guard (Milton Academy): Long known as a sniper from beyond the arc, Petronio’s ability to make plays off the dribble has grown. He can create for himself and even shows glimpses of finding others. Petronio plays on the Nike EYBL circuit for Expressions Elite.

David Ayles 6’2 Guard (Brewster Academy): Ayles has caught our eye on Brewster’s AA team. His IQ, strong body, and comfort playing on or off the ball stand out when watching him. Ayles plays on the Under Armour Next circuit for Middlesex Magic.

Andre Mills 6’4 Wing (Brimmer & May): Mills impressed when taking on more responsibility with four star prospect Bryce Dortch hurt. We have taken note of the lefty’s explosiveness, shot-making versatility, and quickness guarding on the ball. Mills plays on the Adidas 3SSB circuit for Mass Rivals.

Mantas Zilys 6’4 Wing (Vermont Academy): Zilys is another left handed player on this list. He is a three-point threat but also has a complimenting pull-up game. Zilys has fit in well at Vermont alongside talented prospects such as Joson Sanon and Chike Ndefo

Andrew Alekseyenko 6’8 Big Man (Rivers): Alekseyenko has made a smooth transition into the NESPAC. He rebounds and passes well while also providing some floor spacing. Alekseyenko plays on the Under Armour Next circuit for Middlesex Magic.

Shamiere Green 6’4 Wing (St. Thomas More): Green made more people take note of him with his performances at the recent NPSI tournament. His physical tools have always been apparent, but he looked much more comfortable as a shot-maker at Rhode Island College. Green plays on the Nike EYBL circuit for Expressions Elite.

Davyn deJongh 6’1 Guard (Hotchkiss): deJongh is the floor general for a Hotchkiss team which has already won 13 games. His ability to run a team, make open shots, and be a pest on-ball defender have all been vital to the Bearcats success. deJongh plays on the Adidas 3SSB circuit for New York Jayhawks.
