NCAA Tournament Friday Watch

St. Mark’s product Alex Murphy is a redshirt freshman at Duke who sees consistent minutes along the frontline and was critical during Ryan Kelly’s absence.

Ole Miss freshman forward Anthony Perez made his American debut at Lee Academy a few years ago, while fellow rookie forward Terry Brutus starred for the New England Playaz two summers ago on the grassroots circuit.
1:40 PM (9) Temple vs (8) North Carolina State TBS
Former B.C. High School big man Jake O’Brien was Temple’s fourth leading scorer after transferring from Boston University. Kent School alum Nick Pendergast is a sophomore walk-on for the Owls as well. Brewster Academy product T.J. Warren had a terrific freshman season at N.C. State averaging over 12 points and 4 rebounds in 26 minutes per game and shooting over 62% from the field.

2:45 PM (10) Cincinnati vs (7) Creighton CBS
Notre Dame Prep swingman Sean Kilpatrick was one of the top swingmen in the Big East, scoring a team high 17 points per game. South Kent point guard Ge’Lawn Guyn comes off the bench to play ten minutes per game.
3:10 PM (13) La Salle vs (4) Kansas State tru TV
Former Lee Academy swingman D.J. Peterson helps LaSalle space the floor as a stretch forward, shooting 41% from the three-point line and playing 26 minutes per game. East Catholic (CT) alum Rohan Brown saw 8 minutes per game in 28 games played. Kansas State has Winchendon’s Jordan Henriquez blocking a team high 1.8 shots per game while former South Kent swingman Omari Lawrence saw 9 minutes per game in 31 games.

Indiana has former South Kent swingman Maurice Creek, who averaged 8 minutes in 22 games this season.

Former Notre Dame Prep product David Ulak is a walk-on at Northwestern State. Former St. Mark’s big-man Erik Murphy leads Florida in scoring at just under 13 points per game while shooting 46% three-point line.
9:20 PM (10) Oklahoma vs (7) San Diego State TBS
Former Brewster Academy big man Andrew Fitzgerald provides a low-post scoring threat off the bench and averages 6 points and 4 rebounds in 16 minutes per game.
9:45 PM (10) Iowa State vs (7) Notre Dame CBS
Iowa State has a pair of New England products. Brewster Academy alum Melvin Ejim averaged 11 points and a team best 9 rebounds per game while Tilton alum Georges Niang was third on the team in scoring at 12 ppg as a freshman.
