Mitchell trims list; will remain in 2019
Woodstock Academy senior Tre Mitchell announed on Tuesday night that he would remain in the class of 2019 and trimmed his list of schools to six - Indiana, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Providence, Syracuse, and UMass.
Mitchell, a consensus top 100 prospect in the country, is one of the best available big men left on the national board and had been previously contemplating a post-graduate year that would have moved him to the class of 2020.
He's made rapid strides in his two years at Woodstock, transforming his physique and further developing a skill-set that is his calling card. His final six suitors came after a series of high-major offers that extended back into his junior season.
