Local Products Named to Jordan Brand Regional Game
The Jordan Brand Classic announced their regional rosters for the 16th annual JBC set for Friday, April 14th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
The regional game will be part of a quadruple-header beginning with the Global Showcase featuring players from all around the world, followed by the Regional Game. The Natinoal Girls will play the third game of the day while the National Boys game will serve as the main event.
Notre Dame West Haven guard Tremont Waters was selected for the National game in January.
Taking part in the reginoal game will be St. Luke's School forward Walter Whyte, New Hampton School forward Kimani Lawrence, and Rivers School forward Jermaine Samuels who will be suiting up for the Blue Team. New Hampton School wing Anthony Gaines, Redemption Christian guard Chris Duarte, Commonwealth Academy forward Hasahn French, Northfield Mount Hermon guard Andrew Platek, and Vermont Academy forward Jordan Nwora will all play for the red team.
