Junior Elite Camp - Suns

The Suns had a number of players that stood out in the NBA West at last week's Hoop Mountain Junior Elite camp.  Here is a look at who shined:

Carl Lights, 5’6, guard:  Lights is an exceptional 2-way guard with strong defensive skills and a great arsenal offensive weapons that include great ball-handling skills, swift elusive moves, good eyes for passing, and an accurate outside shot.

Jimmy Campbell, 5’11, power forward:  Jimmy Campbell is a classic inside/outside post player.  He can flash to the high post for a jump shot and dominates on the offensive glass while always taking care of the ball.

Jack Moyer, 5’6, guard:  A solid shooter and speedy runner, Moyer used his quickness on the wings and moved well without the ball cutting to the outside for an open jumper which very often found its mark.

Daniel McConaghy, 5’6, guard:  Daniel is a great offensive weapon using his great speed and handles on the fastbreak that can either find the open or pull up for a mid range jumper.

Kyle Favreau, 5’10, center:  Favreau knows how to use the paint area very well to get open for a high post jump shot and to use solid drop-step moves to score.

Travis Winston, 5’7, guard:  Winston is a hard-working 2-way guard that hustles defensively and runs the floor very well.  He also displays a very good mid range jump shot.
