Fox Finds Fit at Yale
2024 Conard HS wing Riley Fox announced his commitment to Yale on Monday.
Fox broke out onto the CIAC scene quickly at Conard, earning a starting varsity spot as just a freshman. He averaged 15 points and 7 rebounds on his way to CCC All-Conference honors.
A new level was taken in his game as a sophomore. Fox led the Red Wolves to a 20 win season and spot in the CIAC Division II State Semifinals. His standout play earned him 2022 GameTimeCT All-State 1st Team honors.
Fox carried the momentum from his sophomore year into the following season. He scored his 1000th point and led Conard to the CIAC Division II State Second round. His exceptional performance earned him a spot on the CIAC Division II Coaches Association All-State team.
Fox spent time on the AAU circuit with both Team Spartans and Expressions Elite. We took note of his impressive play with Team Spartans at the 2022 Northeast Hoops Festival. He also was a part of an Expressions Elite squad that earned a 2022 EYBL E16 Peach Jam berth.
Fox becomes the first member of Conard’s 2024 class who has committed to play at the collegiate level.
