Forward Commits to Fairfield
Fairfield University scored their second commitment in the class of 2011 on Saturday when Kevin Thomas committed to the Stags.
Thomas is a six-foot-eight Canadian native who spent his junior season in New England at Proctor Academy before transferring to a school in the Washington D.C. area.
An athletic lefty with a powerful body and inside out skill set, Thomas is capable of playing either forward position and creates a lot of mismatch problems with his versatility.
His commitment comes two weeks after visiting Fairfield's campus officially. He joins St. Thomas More forward Adam Jones in the Stags' 2011 recruiting class.
