Following the Elite 75 at Clark, we will be taking a look at each of the showcase teams and highlighting what they do well. Here's a look at one of the squads.

Bernett Scott Jr. (West Haven HS, CT) is a quick point guard who can really carve up a defense. Scores it at all three levels but is a strong finisher around the basket with the ability to use both hands. Fluid shot form to hit shots from deep. Good handle on the ball and has great playmaking skills to read what he sees and create for others.

Michael Singleton (Wilbur Cross, CT) is a point guard with extreme athleticism powered by his lengthy wingspan that he uses to his advantage. Drives through traffic to get to the basket led by his ability to get downhill quick. Solid ball handler with good touch around the basket and elevates to knock down shots over taller defenders.

Jalen Claude (Putnam Science, CT) is a high-IQ guard that consistently makes the right decisions with the ball. Willing passer that does a great job of drawing in defenders and then finding open teammates for solid shot opportunities. Composed as a ball handler that has a fluid form to hit shots from all three levels.

Martinie Kamga (CATS Academy, MA) is a big forward that makes winning plays. Operates well in the high post, spinning off defenders to get shots at the basket or knock down fadeaways by the bucket. Strong rebounder who cleans the glass and pushes the pace. Versatile defender able to switch onto smaller and larger players and alter shot attempts.

Hunter Zancan (Cumberland, CT) is a pure jump shooting wing with a great release on the ball. Thrives in the mid range by getting to his spots and knocking down shots. Has lengthy arms which he uses to crowd passing lanes and force turnovers on the defensive end.

Kevin Flowers (Hamden HS, CT) is a high motor guard that does a little bit of everything. Can get to the basket at will on drives led by a combination of dribble moves and eurosteps to finish at the rim. Flashy playmaker that can surprise a defense with his vision to find guys around the floor. Moves his feet well on defense to keep up with opposing guards.

Da'mnic Gittens (Cheney Tech, CT) is a very athletic guard that is explosive with the ball. Uses his above average length to get to the basket over larger defenders and finish through contact. Drives into the paint, draws in the defense and creates shots for others. Scores the ball at all three levels often hitting clutch shots and is a capable on-ball defender.

Rex Zadrozny (Lasalle Academy, RI) is a strong forward that does everything you look for in the four/five spot. Takes the ball strong to the basket using his larger frame to bully defenders and finish at the rim. Rips down boards and flicks the ball out quick to guards to spur transition offense. Smart off-ball defender that swoops in to block shots.

Jackson Forte (New Britain, CT) is an explosive guard that has wheels to get right past defenders and cause the defense to scramble. He gets to the bucket and can finish around the rim using either hand. Has a great hesitation move with the ball to create shots and can score it at all three levels. Great vision to get buckets for his teammates.

James Jackson (Hamden HS, CT) is a shorter guard that can drive through a defense. Gets low with the ball keeping it away from defenders and finishes around the basket. Makes plays for others and has a very quick first step
