Dartmouth Lands 2012 Guard
Dartmouth received a verbal commitment from junior point guard Alex Mitola on Monday night.
Mitola is a tremendously skilled player with a high basketball I.Q. and terrific feel for the game. He and his Hoop Heaven Heat Elite team were in action in Providence this weekend, claiming the title in the u17 platinum bracket at the Providence Jam Fest.
Best known for his ability to shoot the ball, Mitola has built up his body and all around game to become a consistent distributor and creator off the dribble.
Mitola becomes the first player to commit to Dartmouth in the class of 2012.
