Cole Kirouac Commits to Georgia Tech

This week, Brewster/Atlanta Xpress UAA 2024 6’11” southpaw big man Cole Kirouac committed to Georgia Tech for the 2024-25 season shortly after making a visit to the campus in his home city.

He also received offers from Georgia, Missouri, Wyoming, Indiana State, Georgia State, Boston University, and Loyola Maryland, as well as interest from many more.

Kirouac comes to Brewster from Georgia, where he attended North Forsyth HS, competing at the 6A level of GHSA, Georgia’s high school athletic league.

He was named to the 6A Region 8 All-Region Team for his play throughout last season and the 6A Region 8 All-Tournament Team for his performance in the postseason.

Kirouac also stood out this past summer, putting on displays during his showings with Atlanta Xpress on the UA Next Circuit, including a contest during which he scored the game-winning basket, finishing with 16 points.

He finished Session I with the fifth highest rebounds per game count of any player from the event, coming in at 8.2. He was also named on Adam Finkelstein’s list of just eight standouts from the UA Next event.

Kirouac is now beginning his senior year, which is his first at Brewster. He is currently a three-star recruit on 247Sports, coming in at 2nd in the state of Georgia and 28th overall among centers in their rankings for the class of 2024.

It will be exciting to watch his final year of high school before he heads back to his home state to play for the Yellow Jackets of Georgia Tech.
