Clarke Announces for Kentucky
Brewster Academy and Expressions Elite's Terrence Clarke announced his commitment to Kentucky as expected on Saturday during a ceremony at the Vine Street Community Center in his hometown of Roxbury, Massachusetts.
Clarke is also expected to complete summer school requirements to allow him to enroll at Kentucky as a member of the 2020 class.
The Roxbury native began his high school career at the Rivers School before transferring to Brewster Academy last year while playing exclusively for Expressions in the spring and summer.
He has been a concensus top five ranked player in the country and the top prospect in New England throughout his entire career.
He becomes the second player to commit to Kentucky in the last 48 hours following the announcement of Camden High School (NJ) and New York Rens big man Lance Ware on Thursday.
As a player, Clarke has exceptional perimeter size, good length, and athleticism. He's fluid with an elastic build and projects as being extremely versatile on both ends of the floor. Clarke has a good instinctive feel for the game and the budding skill set of a big guard, complete with tough shot-making potential as he displayed in last year's NEPSAC final.
