Woodstock Academy forward Jacob Toppin made a verbal commitment to the University of Rhode Island on Friday. His commitment marked the 11th member of Woodstock’s 2019 class to accept a division I scholarship. The New England Recruiting Report has teamed with LAB Prep Camps to bring a premier teaching camp back to New England.  The LAB Prep camps debuted in 2017 and re-introduced a once extinct type of overnight camp that specialized not in quick hits of exposure but in long-form teaching.
