Zouzoua Makes Pick
Bryant University landed a commitment from Boston Trinity Academy guard Nisre Zouzoua on Sunday night following his official visit to the NEC school’s campus.
Zouzoua led BTA to the NEPSAC Class D championship as a junior, scoring 31 points in an MVP performance. He was also named the Class D MVP of the regular season, sweeping both awards.
He ran with Expressions Elite during the grassroots season, seeing his role increase with each stop throughout the EYBL regular season, and then turning in one of the top performances at the 2014 Elite 75 College Showcase, setting the stage for what would be a breakout month of July.
He’d go on to earn division I offers from Winthrop, Bryant, and Robert Morris among others during the evaluation period, showing a versatile scoring arsenal that included the ability to both create off the dribble as well as make shots from behind the three-point line.
Moving forward, Zouzoua’s best basketball remains still in front of him as he continues to harness his offensive weapons while also learning to utilize his size and length in the backcourt.
