Zegarowski Makes His Pick
Tilton School and Expressions Elite guard Marcus Zegarowski announced his verbal comitment to Creighton on Monday night.
His decision comes just days after wrapping up what turned out to be his first and only official visit to Creighton's campus,
He had previously trimmed his list to just four schools - with Ohio State, Minnesota, and Washington being among the other finalists - after having earned a variety of other high-major offers this spring and summer.

A skilled and cerebral player with an intense drive and determination for the game, Zegarowski has thrived at the very highest levels over the course of the last year. He was named 1st team All New England in Class AA of the NEPSAC last year after leading Tilton to the finals of the NEPSAC tournament and their latest birth in the field of the National Prep Championship. This spring, he was the centerpiece of an Expressions squad that finished 11-5 during the EYBL regular season to earn their spot in the Peach Jam field.
Even long before arriving in the prep ranks, Zegarowski and his brother Max Zegarowski helped lead Hamilton-Wenham to a perfect 25-0 season and an MIAA state championship backin 2015.
Zegarowski is a skilled lead guard with an instinctive feel for the game. He shoots it well off the catch or the dribble, knows how to play the pick-and-roll, and has excellent floor vision to create for those around him.
He'll join another local New England native, Cushing Academy alum Kaleb Joseph, in Creighton's backcourt next year.
Below are some of Zegarowski's highlights from the recent EYBL season care of Endless Motor on YouTube.
