Tremont Waters 2017

Notre Dame West Haven and Expressions Elite senior point guard Tremont Waters signed with LSU on Monday according to numerous reports.

Waters was the final remaining available prospect left in the ESPN 100 of 2017.

The 5-foot-10 point guard spent the first three years of his high school career starring for the South Kent School before returning home to live with his parents and attend Notre Dame.

He made an initial commitment to Georgetown back in the fall after also considering Duke, Kentucky, Kansas, and Indiana.

He decommitted from the Hoyas in March, and his recruitment was much different the second time around. Western Kentucky was rumored to be the favorite for several weeks until they signed another point guard in late May. LSU and first year head coach Will Wade made a hard late push and hosted Waters for his only official visit this past weekend. A day later, he officially signed.

Waters is one of the most skilled guards, not just in New England, but in the entire country. There isn't much he can't do with the ball in his hands as he is an exceptional shooter, ball-handler, and passer.

Below are some highlights of his career over the years.
