Waters Named Jordan Brand All-American

Notre Dame West Haven and Expressions point guard Tremont Waters was named a Jordan Brand All-American on Friday.

Waters was one of 24 players selected from around the country to participate in the 16th annual game which features all 20 of the top ranked players in the ESPN 100.

The game will take place on Friday, April 14, 2017 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The 24 players selected will follow in the footsteps of some of the greatest in the game, including Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Durant, Blake Griffin, LeBron James and Chris Paul. In celebration of their selection, each player will also be honored with a special ceremony in their respective hometowns through the second annual Senior Night Tour.

Waters, who played his first three seasons at the South Kent School and is committed to Georgetown, is currently averaging over 24 points per game for Notre Dame and recently turned in a huge performance at the HoopHall Classic.
