Unsigned Zegarowski Shines on Day 5 of NPSI
The National Prep School Invitational came to an end on Sunday at Rhode Island College with their fifth consecutive day of action.
While the majority of New England was preparing for the Super Bowl late Sunday afternoon, Tilton School unsigned senior Max Zegarowski was delivering arguably the best performance of the week at the NPSI.
The 6-foot-7 forward went 9 of 14 from behind the arc, including makes on 8 of his first 10, to finish with a game high 33 points. He also added 9 rebounds and 4 assists to lead Tilton to a 102-89 win.
Zegarowski was subsequently named the Net Scouts Player of the Game.

The win was the 20th of the season for the Rams, against only 3 losses, as they once again appear to be peaking at just the right time heading into the home stretch of the season.
Zegarowski is shooting over 40% from behind the three-point line for the second consecutive season and has now connected on five or more threes in a game on four different occassions this year.
