UNH Lands Shooter
Scott Morris, a six-foot-two shooting guard from Walkersville, Maryland, committed to New Hampshire on Friday and is expected to sign his National Letter of Intent during next week’s Early Signing Period.
Morris visited UNH last weekend and told the Maryland Gazette that he “fell in love with the campus and the program.”
While Morris’ may be best known for his long range shooting, he is a complete player who averaged 18.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 6.3 assists for Walkersville High School last year earning First Team All Gazette honors in the process.
Morris is also the top ranked student in his class with a 4.0 GPA. He also saw recruitment from the likes of the Air Force Academy, Davidson, Harvard, Navy, and Siena according to the Gazette.
