UMass Scores a Pair
The University of Massachusetts picked up two commitments on Friday night from a pair of forwards that were both on campus for their official visits this weekend.
Seth Berger is a six-foot-seven forward from Seattle, Washington and Ballard High School. The UMass staff got their first glimpse of Berger in July at the Reebok Breakout Camp in Philadelphia, and have pursued him heavily ever since. Berger is a cerebral and tough prospect who can play either forward position.
Zach Coleman is another six-foot-seven forward. The Dallas native, who was previously committed to Missouri before re-opening his recruitment in May, is known as a versatile and skilled forward who is also a terrific rebounder. Coleman is also capable of playing multiple positions in UMass' full court system.
