His decision comes on the heels of a big season in the UAA. He averaged over 11 points while 49% from the floor and 39% from behind the arc this spring, while also adding just under 4 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game for New Heights. He continued to play at a high level this summer, helping the team to the championship of the Under Armour Challenge.
His recruitment went to new levels in the process as he became a priority recruit in both the Atlantic 10 as well as the Ivy League while also adding offers in the AAC.
"It was the right fit," Tretout told the New England Recruiting Report, "from their winning tradition, great coaching staff, and extraodinary education, I could ask for anything better."
Now in his third season at WMA, Tretout has seen his game develop and evolve at each step along the way as he's transformed himself into a true big guard while developing his skill set and getting into the best shape of his life.
