Taqqee Takes Visit
Cushing Academy swingman Idris Taqqee took an unofficial visit to Towson on Wednesday.
Towson became the second division I school to offer Taqqee a scholarship this spring, joining Vermont, who previously offered last summer.
Taqqee has emerged as an important rotation player for Expressions Elite this spring, averaging close to 18 minutes per game off the bench, and providing a critical defensive presence on the perimeter.
The six-foot-four swingman played an equally important role on a Cushing Academy team that took the 2013 NEPSAC Class AA championship.
