Shooting Touch events for Rwanda
BOSTON, MA - Shooting Touch, Inc., a local non-profit organization that uses basketball to positively impact the lives of youth in Boston and Rwanda, is hosting a pair of events in the coming weeks.
The 6th Annual Bob Hurley Kids Basketball Camp, run by Hall of Fame Coach Bob Hurely, will take place from July 14-17th from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM daily, and will be held at The Roxbury Latin School in West Roxbury. The annual Shooting Touch golf tournament will take place on Sunday, July 20th at Southers Marsh in Plymouth. The award winning par 61 course will make for a golf tournament experience like no other! To register visit www.shootingtouch.com and click on the events page.
All proceeds from both the camp and gold tournament will go toward supporting a basketball and life skills program in Rwanda, which has resulted in the construction or rehabilitation of 10 basketball courts, affecting over 10,000 people in under 2 years.
