Schwarz is NESCAC Bound

Brookline High School and Middlesex Magic swingman Ronan Schwarz committed to Colby College this weekend, pending acceptance of his early decision application.

Schwarz took to his twitter account to announce his decision:

Schwarz first played his way into the NERR database after a strong showing at the Elite 75 Academic Experience last March, an event which Colby and numerous other NESCAC schools were on hand for.

He followed that up with a productive AAU season as he demonstrated the same perimeter size, heady acumen for the game and ability to attack off the dribble that earned him praise at the Elite 75.

An especially strong student, Schwarz visited MIT over the summer and was on Colby's campus this weekend when he ultimately decided to bring his recruitment to an end.
