Sacred Heart Gets Quest
Worcester Academy and BABC point guard Quest Harris made a verbal commitment to Sacred Heart on Thursday, accepting the school's full athletic scholarship offer.
The Lowell, Massachusetts native has been a high-profile player in New England since debuting on the high school level. He attend the prestigious CP3 camp prior to his freshman season at Worcester and has been a four-year starter and three-year captain for the Hilltoppers while playing his entire grassroots and AAU career for BABC.
"Quest is one of the hardest working kids we've had in my 22 years at Worcester Academy," said head coach Jamie Sullivan" He is a great leader, teammate, and community member on our campus and has represented our school well, on and off the court, every day. He will be sorely missed along with our other three great seniors."
Harris has earned post-season honors in all four years in the NEPSAC, while having Worcester among the top programs in Class AA in each of the last two seasons including a run to the conference finals last months.
Known as one of the most competitive guards in New England, Harris is quick, compact, and loaded with intangibles. He's able to get into the paint at will on the offensive end and perhaps even more valuable on the defensive end of the floor.
He is the fourth member of Worcester's 2020 class to accept a full athletic scholarship and the seventh member of BABC's class to do so.
Had to go through ever emotion for this to be possible. Blessed to say I’m here with more than I started with pic.twitter.com/on7BlwH77h
