Reeves Having Big Week
With division I college coaches not allowed back out on the road until July, most players don't see their recruitments change much once the month of April ends.
Apparently someone forgot to tell A.J. Reeves that.
The Brimmer & May sophomore began the week by helping the Mass Rivals to the championship of the Providence JamFest, despite the fact that they played without Makai Ashton-Langford, Wabissa Bede and Jarrod Simmons all weekend long.
Reeves, who opted to spend the month of April backing up Ashton-Langford and Bede instead of playing in the u16 bracket, finally got his chance to shine this weekend and he didn't dissapoint. BallasTV captured his highlights with their latest video:

While division I coaches weren't in attendance, they were certainly keeping tabs on the action, and Reeves pulled in his biggest offer to date 48 hours later when UConn head coach Kevin Ollie came calling. A day later he was on the phone with Louisville and ended up with an offer from Rick Pitino's club.
Thursday's invitation didn't come from a college program, but this time from the highest levels of the Adidas brand as he was invited to participate in the next session of Adidas Nation scheduled for later this month in Miami.
Below are highlights from Reeves' sophomore season:
