Reebok Basketball Announces Spring Schedule
Reebok will be running two Headliner camps in New England this spring. The Headliner Try-Out Camp will take place on May 30th & 31st and is open to players in the graduating class of 2010, 2011, and 2012. Top performers at the camp will earn invitations to the Reebok All-American Camp, Reebok Underclass Camp, and the Reebok Elite 75 Proving Ground. The event will be held at the Mansfield Sports Plex. The Reebok Headliner Junior Elite Camp is will host 100 of the top players in the classes of 2013 and 2014. There are only three locations throughout the entire country and on April 25th & 26th the camp will be coming to Massachusetts. Camp highlights include opportunities to be selected for national Reebok events, evaluations from camp staff & scouting services, and an opportunity for each player to measure their skills against top competition. In preparation for these two events, Shooting Touch is running a six week strength and conditioning camp that focuses on: weight training for strength; agility exercises for quickness; and plyometrics for jumping higher. The program will only accept 24 participants, with half coming from grades 6-9 and the other half from grades 10-12. The program will include workouts from 7:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday nights with an optional workout on Saturday mornings from 9:00a.m. to 10:00a.m. Special guest speakers will also visit throughout the course of the program. The camp will run from Thursday, March 19th to Thursday, April 23rd. The cost is $200.
