Providence Adds to Class

NBE Basketball is reporting that Brice Kofane, a six-foot-eight power forward from the Miller School in Virginia, committed to Providence. 

Kofane isn't unfamiliar to local fans as he starred at last summer's Hoop Mountain Super Week II Camp and also ran with the Albany City Rocks at a select few local tournaments. 

An extremely athletic forward, Kofane's biggest attributes come on the defensive end of the floor where he is capable of defending multiple positions and also an excellent shot blocker.  Offensively, his skills have progressed at a rapid rate since arriving in this country only a few years ago. 

Kofane joins Gerard Coleman, Ron Giplaye, and Joe Young in the Friars incoming freshman class.
