NMH’s Reynolds Makes Pick
Northfiefld Mount Hermon post-graduate David Reynolds will continue his basketball career at Bowdoin College next year.
A six-foot-seven forward who is originally from North Carolina, Reynolds had earned division I offers over the course of his career but opted for a post-graduate year in order to get exposure to high academic college and universities and is now headed to the NESCAC.
He came off the bench this year for a program that won their second NEPSAC AAA championship in school history and advanced to their fourth straight National Prep Championship semi-final.
A skilled and heady player who can stretch opposing defenses out to the three-point line and is also a good passer and versatile contributor within offensive structure, Reynolds should be able to make an immediate impact at Bowdoin.
Reynolds, who was the only post-graduate on NMH's roster this year, joins Nick Seretta (Trniity) and Patrick Racy (Tufts) to become the third member of the team's 2016 class to commit to a NESCAC school and fourth overall to solidify their college plans with A.J. Brodeur headed to Penn.
