New England Guide to Day 2 of NCAA Tournament
The second full day of the NCAA tournament is full of more familiar faces for local New England fans.
In fact, for the second consecutive day, 14 of the 16 games feature at least one player who played his high school basketball in New England.
Here's a breakdown of what to watch and when:
12:15 – CBS – Oklahoma State vs. Michigan
Michigan – SR forward Duncan Robinson is from New Hampshire and attended Governors Academy and Phillips Exeter Academy.
12:40 – truTV – New Mexico State vs. Baylor
New Mexico State – Soph guard Chancellor Ellis graduated from St. Andrew’s School and assistant coach Jesse Bopp is a New Hampshire native and the former head coach at Vermont Academy.
1:30 – TNT – Seton Hall vs. Arkansas
Seton Hall – FR guard Myles Powell did a post-graduate year at South Kent School and JR big man Angel Delgado attended Redemption Christian early in his high school career.
2:00 – TBS – Iona vs. Oregon
Iona – SR guard Sam Cassell Jr. did a post-graduate year at Notre Dame Prep, Soph guard Schadrac Casimir graduated from Trinity Catholic, and FR forward E.J. Crawford graduated from St. Thomas More.
2:45 – CBS – Jacksonville State vs. Louisville
Louisville – Soph guard Donovan Mitchell is a Connecticut native and Brewster Academy graduate.

Creighton – FR guard Jordan Scurry is a Massachusetts native and St. Mark’s alum. JR guard Kaleb Joseph is a New Hampshire native and Cushing Academy alum.

UC Davis – SR forward Georgi Funtarov attended Vermont Academy.
Kansas – JR guard Devonte Graham did a post-graduate year at Brewster Academy.
7:10 – CBS – Wichita State vs. Dayton
Wichita State – FR guard C.J. Keyser did a post-graduate year at Brewster Academy. JR forward Zach Brown attended South Kent School.
