NERR Spring Tournament Schedule Announced
The New England Recruiting Report, in collaboration with Zero Gravity Basketball, has announced our spring grassroots tournament schedule with the return of the Northeast Hoops Festival and the expansion of the Super 16 Showcase.
The Northeast Hoops Festival, which has annually attracted the deepest and most talented field in the region, is returning to the greater Boston area on April 2nd and 3rd and is once again expected to host many of the top grassroots programs in the northeast region. Previous participating programs include Expressions Elite, Mass Rivals, Middlesex Magic, BABC, New York Rens, PSA Cardinals, New York Jayhawks, New Heights, and New York Lightning among others. This event will also serve as the primary warm-up for the April live period, with the recruiting period set to tip the following Friday.

The Super 16 also returns, but with a new and expanded format. The high school divisions will return to Connecticut on the weekend of May 28th and 29th for what has been the northeast region's most talented Memorial Day weekend field in recent year.

The weekend prior though, on May 21st and 22nd, the first annual Junior Super 16 Showcase will host the very best young teams in the entire northeast region at the nation's premier facility. The TRACK at New Balance, located immediately adjacent to the Boston Celtics training facility, will host what will now be a flagship event for the premier 5th - 8th grade teams in the area.
